How we enforce this policy
We consider context, severity, recurrence, and risk. We may warn the account owner, limit a capability, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, disable a domain or published site, suspend an account, or report conduct when required by law or necessary to address an imminent threat. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination.
Security research conducted in good faith should be reported before public disclosure. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt service, or use social engineering.
Email support@starjay.com with the site URL, the behavior you are reporting, relevant screenshots or timestamps, and a safe way to contact you. Do not email passwords, API keys, payment-card data, illegal content, or unnecessary personal information.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Starjay Support is not an emergency service.
